About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at BMW of Escondido, a Penske Automotive Group dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and review service history to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
