The successful candidate will be responsible for providing complete monthly staffing schedules for various departments, taking call-outs, monitoring overtime, and assisting with office work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, thorough, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide complete monthly staffing schedules for memory care, personal care, and assisted living departments
Take call-outs and find coverage for shifts in compliance with attendance policy
Monitor overtime and ensure compliance with company policies
Act as receptionist for at least 2 days a week and as directed by immediate supervisor
Assist Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager with office work, including printing, filing, and scheduling interviews

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
