Transportation Coordinator for Student Safety

At Wyndy LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to oversee safe and efficient student transportation services. Key responsibilities include:
- Transportation Scheduling and Route Management: Oversee daily schedules and routes to ensure timely and safe transportation for students.
- Collaboration with School Administrators: Work closely with school administrators to address student transportation needs and ensure effective communication.
- Transportation Policy Compliance: Maintain compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
- Driver and Monitor Supervision: Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors to ensure high standards of safety and service.
- Fleet Maintenance and Repair: Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure vehicles are road-ready.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner, prioritizing student safety and satisfaction.
- Community Relations: Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders to build trust and understanding.
- Record Keeping and Budgeting: Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, and assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices to continually improve efficiency and safety standards.
