Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Navigator Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Community Navigator program, including daily contacts with navigators, parents, professionals, conducting educational workshops and events, managing data, and tracking program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct workshops, trainings, and events to support the Community Navigator program
  • Support groups, outreach, and community events to promote the program's objectives
  • Manage data and contribute to reports to track program progress and outcomes
  • Participate in staff or team meetings, CNP Lead meetings, Advisory Board meetings, and other relevant events
  • Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Regional Center services and related issues
  • Ability to measure outcomes and track qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow through and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in PC software and email
  • BA or advanced degree desirable
  • Parent of child with special needs or bilingual skills desirable

Benefits

  • Anticipated hiring range: $22/hr - $23/hr
  • Full pay range: $22/hr - $23/hr
  • Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend hours
