**Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with regional medical directors and center administrators to develop and implement clinical programs and services
* Ensure compliance with Alignmed Partners policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines
* Foster strong relationships with center staff, patients, and families to ensure a positive and supportive care environment

**Requirements:**

* Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
* Maintenance of certification
* Geriatrics specialization desirable
* Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA desirable
