Job Summary:

As a Psychiatric Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and direction to our psychiatric team. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. This is a full-time, employed position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical leadership and direction to the psychiatric team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage and supervise psychiatric staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Valid Medical License in New Mexico or ability to obtain one
  • Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Psychiatry
  • Active DEA
  • Experience as an adult/general psychiatrist
  • Leadership experience or qualities for the Medical Director role
