Position Overview:
We are seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to deliver compassionate care to our patients. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment that fosters patient comfort.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, available between 7:30 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening hours

Role Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome and initiating their care journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the nature of the patient's visit and recording vital signs
- Maintaining accurate and concise documentation to ensure effective communication
- Upholding a clean and organized environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A current Medical Assistant Certificate (candidates without certification must complete the certification testing within 3 months of hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a formal Medical Assistant training program, preferably at least 6 months in duration.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
