Job Title: Staff RN

Job Summary:

The Marshall Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff RN to join our Birth Center team. As a key member of our obstetric team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide antenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing any potential health risks or concerns.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nursing (RN) License.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or completion within 90 days of hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification or completion within 90 days of hire.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring proof of class attendance within the past 12 months or completion within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Labor and delivery experience.
