Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at the Craftsman Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, supervising food preparation, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative menu concepts that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Supervise and mentor a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as kitchen safety and food storage requirements
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of culinary experience, with a strong background in menu development and kitchen management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and food storage regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
