We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting Clerk to provide financial support to our accounting and finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general accounting duties, including three-way invoice matching and vendor set-ups.
  • Verify proper coding, calculations, and authorization of invoices.
  • Audit vendor statements and request missing invoices.
  • Conduct daily deposits, cash reconciliations, and POS/Yardi reconciliations.
  • Provide timely and effective customer service regarding all accounting concerns.
Requirements:
  • Four years of college education in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar accounting position.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Ability to proactively communicate and work effectively with internal customers, other accounting staff members, and external vendors.
