  • Proven experience in both Project Coordination and marketing is essential.
  • Background in an agency or similar environment, managing multiple intricate projects, coordinating teams and vendors, and communicating with clients.

  • A humble and positive attitude, open to embracing new challenges.
  • Excellent empathetic communication skills.
  • Capable of managing numerous tasks, requests, and communication streams daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and their intricate details and deadlines between clients and the internal team, ensuring all timelines are adhered to.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to create insightful and comprehensive briefs that encompass all project aspects, including research, copywriting, design, and development needs.
  • Engage with external vendors to guarantee timely delivery of required materials.
  • Provide client support, acting as a representative of Chariot to address inquiries and relay requests.
  • Establish and manage project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Plan project stages and deliverables for clients, such as content outlines and basic website structures.
  • Gather and prepare work estimates for clients, secure approvals, and translate approved projects into the team's workflow.
  • Create and distribute reports and documents to clients based on established templates.
  • Assist in proofreading internal work for accuracy before client delivery.
  • Document and communicate client feedback and requests to designers and developers.
  • Lead video meetings with clients and team members, including weekly calls and project reviews.
  • Occasionally assist with content implementation and minor website updates.
  • Compile and send monthly reports to clients.
  • Conduct training sessions with clients on using their website's dashboard through live screen-sharing.
  • Attend and document notes for team and client meetings.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role.
  • Remote work opportunity.
  • Operates during Eastern Time Zone business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • This position reports to the lead Project Manager.
  • Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, and a 401k plan.
  • Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually, based on relevant experience.
