Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of our team, dedicated to supporting commercial real estate brokers with various marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with senior marketing professionals and other departments to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team, fostering positive relationships and assisting colleagues with incoming requests.

3. Create and assemble marketing collateral using Kidder Mathews branded templates, ensuring timely and accurate production.

6. Utilize mapping and demographic tools to generate reports and create presentations.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- The capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Education and Experience
