Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, SLC Airport. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including supervising front office staff and enforcing hotel policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and control the front desk budget, ordering office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front office management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in bookkeeping a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly
