Job Summary

Oversee the set up and break down of all Club events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional member experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate events, manage event logistics, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Coordinate the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, theme decorations, and equipment for events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to members and their guests, demonstrating a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Team Management: Manage the Set-up Crew to ensure effective time management, efficient workflow, and high-quality results.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Collaborate with the Director of Social & Catering, Director of Dining Operations, and other stakeholders to coordinate events, manage event logistics, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain knowledge of Club equipment, including sound, video, culinary equipment, and dance floor, and ensure proper use and storage.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clear understanding of event details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Safety and Security: Identify and report potential safety concerns, and ensure compliance with Club safety and security procedures.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that events are executed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills, good organizational skills, dependability, and a pleasant demeanor.
Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic setting with moderate noise levels. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.
