Veranda Club, a leading senior living community, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping seniors and their families find the perfect living solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community tours and present different lifestyles available at Veranda Club, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with seniors, their families, and other influencers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
• Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Expertise in discovering sales motivations and needs.
• Quick and strategic thinking to overcome objections.
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with sales CRM systems.

Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $60,000, with commissions that can exceed $80,000, resulting in a total earning potential of $140,000 or more. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
