Sales Counselor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team at Veranda Club. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in interacting with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to explore their new vibrant living options.

• Present the different lifestyles available at Veranda Club, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and personalized care services to meet the needs of our residents.
• Conduct community tours and host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community.
• Build relationships and influence decision-making with seniors and their families.

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
• Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Expert at discovering sales motivations and needs.
• Quick and strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections.
• Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
• Project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
