Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team at St. Andrews Country Club. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will be responsible for providing impeccable service, executing events with precision, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service standards, embodying the club's commitment to excellence in every interaction with guests. Anticipate and fulfill members' needs promptly and courteously.
  • Event Execution: Execute banquet events with precision, adhering to established service protocols and timelines. Collaborate closely with the banquet captain and team members to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in setup, presentation, and service execution, ensuring that each event reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, chefs, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations and foster a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs, event dynamics, and operational priorities. Stay composed under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a similar setting preferred.
