Job Summary:
Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
- Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and detailed representations of patient anatomy
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including images and diagnoses
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work 3P-1130P Monday through Friday
- Ability to work holidays
