Job Overview

The Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, including x-ray machines and C-arms, to produce diagnostic images.
  • Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Assess patient needs and prepare examination rooms for procedures.
  • Monitor patients during examinations and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Produce diagnostic images and report vital information to physicians.
  • Organize daily procedure schedules and monitor radiographic supplies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions and offering pre-procedure advice.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited x-ray technician program.
  • Registration as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
  • Prefer a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a healthcare facility.
