Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Women's Care, P.C. - Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the company's business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including job postings, employee referrals, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional travel to training conferences and seminars.

The physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional lifting and carrying of light objects.
