Human Resource Director

Deployed Logix is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop HR staff to ensure the department's success.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and training programs to support HR compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from our HRIS or talent management system.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience is required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
