Overview

As a part-time Infection Preventionist Registered Nurse at UKHS St. Francis Campus, you will play a vital role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Infection Prevention Program. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting infection control data, assisting with staff and medical staff education and orientation, initiating and reviewing policies, and monitoring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Infection Prevention Program
- Collect, analyze, and report infection control data
- Assist with staff and medical staff education and orientation
- Initiate and review policies
- Monitor compliance with regulatory agencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Registered Nurse with 4 years of clinical experience
- Certified Professional in Infection Control (CPIC) Certification
- 2 years of experience in infection prevention
- Experience working with CMS Regulations, TJC, and OSHA Standards
