Automotive Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Beaverhead Motorsports. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating all finance-related activities for our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers on vehicle financing options and extended service contracts
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for vehicle purchases, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department and that the Sales team has information on finance and lease programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our dealership

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business applications
