**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit insurance claims with precision and timeliness.
  • Resolve denied or rejected claims through thorough investigation and follow-up.
  • Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to monitor accounts receivable and optimize cash flow.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in RCM, medical billing, or healthcare-related roles.
  • An eye for detail and a knack for solving puzzles like denied claims.
  • Proficiency with billing software and EHR systems (bonus if familiar with BFLOW).
