Job Overview

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support I to provide professional administrative and clerical support to department managers or staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for office administration, schedule planning, document handling, and file maintenance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily office administration and clerical duties, including schedule coordination and file management.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Operate automated office equipment efficiently.
  • Research, compile, and proof documents to prepare reports and presentations, often of a confidential or complex nature.
  • Respond to general departmental inquiries and review internal/external communication drafts.
  • Provide departmental reception services, including receiving visitors or phone calls, managing office supplies, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Contribute to special projects as directed by the department head.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of related vocational training.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and processes to accomplish tasks.
  • Skills in adapting procedures and techniques to meet job requirements in the area of specialization.
