Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team at Calero. This individual will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals, collateral, and sales enablement materials for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic imperatives to guide marketing, sales enablement, and proposal activity
  • Lead RFx bid team projects as a project manager from receipt to submission
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop new content for the sales process
  • Capture and re-purpose applicable content for future sales engagements

Requirements:
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Expertise in marketing, proposal writing, and sales enablement

Estimated Salary: $60,000 annually
