Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize store operations to achieve financial targets, including sales goals, profitability, and cost management.
  • Implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate district and store performance, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
  • Foster a culture of development and growth within your area of responsibility, coaching and mentoring District Managers and store teams to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Uphold and promote a high standard of customer service across all stores, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the region.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory management teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
  • Resolve escalated employee relations, performance, and service issues in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Take appropriate action in partnership with Loss Prevention to achieve established shortage goals and reduce the shortage.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of multi-store and regional experience in a retail environment, preferably in the watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and luxury retail.
  • Demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
  • Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and foster trust and collaboration.
  • Must have strong business acumen by demonstrating the ability to understand and articulate margin development, budgets, and sales forecasts.
  • Strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
  • Proven ability to drive, motivate and inspire performance through effective coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good computer skills using Workday, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the business.
  • Ability to travel within a specific geographic area in the US with overnight stays.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including employee discount, time off, and other perks.
