Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Administrator

University of Washington is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented group of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and advance the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division
- Provide administrative support to the Division Head and Medical Directors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the team
- Manage the division's budget, including authorizing and monitoring expenditures, identifying emerging trends, and providing regular reporting projections and resource analyses
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for faculty, staff, and trainees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team
- Collaborate with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the division's goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in public health, business, or higher education administration, or related field
- Five years relevant experience, including in-depth knowledge of academic HR
- Fiscal and program management in higher education, research administration, or a related discipline
- High degree of professionalism, customer and results-oriented
- Flexible, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Master's degree in Health Care, Public Health, Business or Public Administration, or related field
- Outstanding Excel and other software tools to create and manage reporting
- Prior UW experience with internal systems and HR processes
- Academic HR experience to include recruitment, onboarding, effort allocation, performance management, exit planning, etc.
- Previous experience in a medical environment including experience monitoring clinical revenue and revenue cycle analysis
