Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage and maintain the overall appearance and organization of the store, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and cashiers to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates and cashiers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Store Recovery: Lead the store recovery process to ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized condition at all times.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store management, sales associates, and cashiers to ensure seamless execution of store operations and customer service initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to lead and develop a high-performing team; strong inventory management and loss prevention skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
