Responsibilities
  • Conduct exterior property inspections, with occasional interior inspections required.
  • Verify property occupancy and report on general property conditions using a mobile application.
  • Complete inspections within 4 days of assignment and meet deadlines.
  • Take high-quality photos of the property and provide brief comments.
  • Complete a short form in our app.
Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle with good gas mileage.
  • Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Computer with internet connection.
  • Printer.
  • Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license.
Compensation
  • This is a 1099 position with a flat rate per inspection.
  • Rates vary based on county and volume, with equivalent hourly earnings of $20-$30.
  • Work hours and volume vary by county and territory, with opportunities to earn more as you become established.
