The primary responsibility of the Cabana Server is to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the cabanas while also assisting with cabana management and guest support.

  • Foster an enjoyable atmosphere with a focus on quality guest interactions.
  • Create a fun and professional setting for all visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both individually and in group settings.
  • Ability to maintain a T.I.P.S certification.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills are required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not include supervisory duties.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination, including fine and gross motor skills.
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to various weather conditions, noise levels, and other environmental factors typical of an outdoor service setting.
