Human Resources Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the new hire process, distributing exit interviews, and tracking responses. You will also conduct background checks, maintain employment records, and provide support during open enrollment. Additionally, you will serve as a benefits specialist, address benefits questions, and process benefits changes.

**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinates the new hire process

* Provides support during open enrollment
* Serves as a benefits specialist

**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or General Education Diploma required
* One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred
* One year computer experience to include proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing preferred
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred
* Valid drivers license required

Our community living services are provided in 27 states with several thousand programs and a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including: Community Living, Adult Host Homes for adults regardless of disability, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, In-home Pharmacy Solutions, Telecare and Remote Support, Supported Employment and Training Programs, and Day programs.
