Production Technician

As a Production Technician at Orizon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Machinists and Machine Operators to machine a quality part and meet Production's objectives. You will perform assigned production and production-related tasks, including reading the Dispatch List and following priorities, setting up fixtures, acquiring tools, and performing visual inspections and measuring attributes. Additionally, you will complete inspection records and Production paperwork, deburr parts, operate a forklift, dump chip bins, and perform equipment safety inspections. You will also maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Read the Dispatch List and follow priorities
Set up fixtures per Setup Books
Acquire tools
Perform visual inspections and measuring attributes
Complete inspection records and Production paperwork
Deburr parts
Operate a forklift
Dump chip bins
Perform equipment safety inspections
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
Successfully complete all assigned training courses
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Pay and Benefits:
As a Production Technician, you will be paid $20.00/hr with shift differentials available for some shifts. You will also be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
