Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of over 1000 employees with $600 million in revenue
  • Coordinate and lead activities of multiple divisions and program areas
  • Ensure financial goals are achieved and report directly to the Defense Systems Sector President
Requirements:
  • Broad and diverse leadership experience in large organizations focused on strategic planning, development, operations, and sustainment of aeronautics and space systems
  • Strong technical understanding in the application of technologies to support aerospace development and operations, including modeling and simulation, artificial intelligence, software development, and information analytics
  • Experience working with senior government customers across defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant and successful experience in business and financial management, program management, engineering, and business development
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a technical field
  • Possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Familiarity with financial, program, and contract management approaches, processes, and tools
