Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources will play a key role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy to support the overall business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee various aspects of HR functions and people management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Manage and address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
- Design and implement performance management systems and conduct performance reviews
- Administer employee benefits programs and develop compensation structures
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in HR roles with steady career progression
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, organizational skills, time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Payroll software
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees, prioritize tasks, delegate when appropriate

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

About the Role
This is an in-office position, mandatory 4 days per week in Irvine, CA, with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
