Solar and Roofing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar and Roofing Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Green Bear Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our solar and roofing business by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their energy and roofing needs, and providing solutions that align with our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy and roofing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers and prospects.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by Green Bear Solutions and maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in solar or renewable energy industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain solar energy systems.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting renewable energy solutions.
- Uncapped high paying commission structure.
