Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Building Support Worker to join our team at the Low Income Housing Institute.

This part-time position requires working weekends from 12 PM-12 AM and involves enforcing house rules, monitoring activities in common areas, and responding to resident concerns and emergencies.

As a successful candidate, you will have one year of property security experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This non-exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $25.00-$30.50 per hour, with opportunities for vacation time and paid holidays.

Additionally, you will receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and sick leave benefits.
