Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Utilize commercial building automation systems to monitor and schedule operations.
  • Assist in supporting events and working closely with event managers, internal staff, and clients.
  • Complete daily shift-logs and perform visual inspections to ensure normal operation.
  • Respond to and prioritize work orders via CMMS tracking system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial building maintenance with hands-on technical skillsets.
  • Journey level standing as HVAC Mechanic with experience in diagnostics and repair of motors, motor control, and wiring.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Insight DDC Controls and refrigeration equipment maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, hydronic systems, and balancing systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office applications, and handheld communication devices.
