Risk Management Associate Director for CUSO Reporting Escalations and ESG/Climate

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Associate Director to oversee risk management for its U.S. operations. This role supports Group Risk Management - U.S. Enterprise Risk, focusing on risk management for U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Enterprise, Market, Counterparty, Credit, Liquidity or Operational Risk, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement reports for CUSO Escalations, Risk Acceptance, Issue Management, ESG & Climate, and other programs.
  • Create periodic reports for senior management and the board.
  • Maintain records for escalations and analyze risk trends.
  • Collaborate with LoBs and with the Enterprise to refine list of obtainable data elements and attributes that can provide insights into the landscape of risk across CUSO.
  • Assist with audits and stakeholder requests.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Risk Management experience in financial services.
  • Proficient with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience in strategic planning or risk oversight.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in managing complex projects.
