Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team of sales professionals. As a Nabisco Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and selling our iconic snack brands, including Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and Ritz, to retailers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities.

  • Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16/hr. to $17.50/hr. based on relative experience.
