About the Role

The Skechers Sales Associate is a vital part of our team, providing an exceptional customer experience and serving as a product expert for all Skechers products. This role requires a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

-Drive sales through excellent customer service
-Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers
-Maintain floor inventory, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience
-Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns
-Stay up to date on the latest Skechers product knowledge

Requirements

-Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
-Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the store's needs
-Ability to stay motivated and provide excellent customer service
