Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in dental or orthodontic office administration, insurance coordination, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and insurance providers.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
