Qualifications

Essential:

  • A minimum of 9 years of progressive engineering experience (with relevant advanced degrees and certifications counting towards this experience).
  • Proven leadership skills that align with the company's future goals.

Preferred:

  • Experience in designing and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with Department of Energy and Department of Defense projects.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Advanced project management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
