We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our school childcare team at Horizon Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare program, ensuring the highest level of care and education for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the childcare staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Program Development: Collaborate with our education team to design and implement a comprehensive pedagogical concept for our school childcare program.
