Strategic Talent Management Leader

About the Role:
Suffolk Construction is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Talent Management to lead our talent development and retention efforts. This key leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies that support the company's business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's goals and culture.
- Design and implement programs for employee development, including training, mentorship, and career progression plans.
- Manage and enhance leadership training programs to ensure leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Oversee individual coaching programs to support employee growth and development.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate succession planning to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for future leadership roles.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
