Job Summary:

Pol-Tex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and assisting with various tasks related to recruitment, new hire orientation, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, screening calls, and performing various other tasks as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating with applicants and new hires.
  • Enter data into MS Excel and AS-400 systems.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
