We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Koa Restoration & Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our cleaning operations team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to achieve operational objectives and maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and chemicals to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
