Job Responsibilities:
As a Cook II, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food items according to standardized recipes. Your duties will include:
- Boiling, braising, roasting, frying, steaming, grilling, and baking.
- Assisting with food preparation for daily meals, special functions, banquets, catering, and holiday events.
- Planning food production to align with meal serving times and determining the necessary quantities and types of food and supplies for daily menus.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be reliable, adhere to safety protocols, and fulfill duties assigned by a supervisor.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, retirement community, or similar establishment.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively, interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance, along with some understanding of nutrition and dietary needs.
- Culinary education is preferred.
