About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at TRUCK REPAIR INC. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the GM/Owner and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and letters as needed, utilizing your excellent writing skills.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Develop, update, and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is necessary.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • The ability to work with QuickBooks Online is also necessary.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the role is crucial.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Industry or a willingness to learn is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred language skill.
