Station Operations Manager 2nd Shift

This Station Supervisor position requires a skilled A&P technician with experience in supervisory roles and inventory management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating workshop operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with regulatory agencies during audits or visits, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
- Manage inventory stock levels to meet customer requirements and company procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections on aircraft articles processed by the Repair Station.
- Facilitate training programs for repair station personnel, ensuring competence within the workshop.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including completion of work orders and time sheets.
Compensation and Perks:
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of $62,000 per annum, plus bonuses and long-service awards. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and wellness days.
